Description The views from this cabin high upon the mountain will stop you in your tracks. Sunrises, Sunsets and the moonlit cliffs are truly magical. The Chalk Cliffs are surely captivating. The cabin is outfitted with everything, immaculate and completely inviting. There are 3 bedrooms and a dining area next to our fully equipped kitchen. The back deck is new and spacious with a grill and outdoor furniture and more birds eye views of the cliffs, valley, Mt Antero, Mt Princeton and other mountain ranges. There is a large porch on the front, complete with a rocking chair. It's Absolute Colorado at its best, unimaginable peacefulness, yet energizing! This is a fisherman's paradise though our guests include avid hikers, skiiers, bikers, kayakers, artists, all around adventurers, and abundant wildlife. The Colorado trail is just down the road. For those collecting 14'ers, the Mt. Princeton Trail head is a 5 minute drive, Mt Antero is close by and Monarch Ski Area is 45 minutes away. The Mt. Princeton Hot Springs are just a mile away and Agnes Vaille Falls Trailhead is less than 5 miles away. Buena Vista is a 15 minute drive and Salida is 20 minutes away. These towns have many excellent restaurants, galleries, events, grocery stores, and things to see. The main level has a large kitchen, dining room and two bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds and the other has a queen and a twin. There is also a large bathroom with a tub and shower. The staircase on the main floor leads to a master bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom with a shower, TV and a desk. The cabin has a second TV in the family room/living room on the main floor and there is wireless internet and DirecTV throughout. The couch has a pull-out bed. The lower level has an unfinished family room with a ping pong table, walk-out basement, washer/dryer and gas-fired “woodstove”. Good dogs are welcome here. $10 per night extra per dog.

Rental Rates
Rates based on 6 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy. All stays require a $30 laundry fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy). Minimum stay of three nights during high seasons. See policies for more information. Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $110 cleaning fee. Weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply. Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House may or not be available for dates above. House has limited availability due to Owner occupancy. Discounts may be available for smaller groups and for extended periods of time. |
