Massage Therapy
Enjoy a nurturing therapeutic massage session in the privacy of
your own cabin. You decide what will create the ultimate experience
for you. During your massage I will use a combination of techniques
suited specifically to your needs. I integrate Swedish, deep tissue,
acupressure, and cranial-sacral therapies to create a session
that will leave you rejuvenated and relaxed.
*Book three or more
consecutive sessions and receive a 5% discount on your treatments.
In Cabin Rates:
One hour session $80
One and a half hour session $115
Deep Tissue - one hour $90
Deep Tissue - one and a half hours $125
Salida Office
Rates:
One hour session $60
One and a half hour session $85
Deep Tissue - one hour $70
Deep Tissue - one and a half hours $95
Sessions are available
by appointment. I recommend that you make your appointments well
in advance to ensure availability. I have a 24 hour cancellation
policy so schedule your massage when you are sure to be back from
your activities.

Denise began practicing
massage therapy in 1986, after completing her training at the
Brenneke School of Massage in Seattle, WA. Since that time, she
has completed additional training in Sports Massage and Injury
Rehabilitation, Prenatal Massage, and Cranial-Sacral Therapy.
She practiced massage in Jackson Hole for 13 years before relocating
to Salida where she opened a new massage therapy practice, Innerlight
Healthworks.
